Kompozitsiya No. 24 is a new landmark of the Shabolovka area, a kind of curtsy to the history of the place and the masterpieces of the Russian avant-garde of the 1920s.
The architectural image of Kompozitsiya No. 24 consists of three houses united by a designer lobby and a red porte-cochere above the main entrance.
In a small private area, we have arranged two landscaped gardens with a playground and cozy spaces for relaxation. Flowers and shrubs will be planted there, trees will be installed in pots, wi-fi and usb sockets for your electronic devices will be available.
Kompozitsiya No. 24 is more than just a house, it has its own aura, idea and mood. This space, reflecting a whole epoch in painting and architecture, succinctly inscribed basic canons of the Russian avant-garde in its interiors.
